Shipping and Returns
We happily accept returns as long as the items have not been worn.
We cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded
Please communicate with us within 7 days of receiving your items to process your return.
Return postage is to be covered by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse your return if we decide that the jewellery has been worn and the customer will cover the return postage
We use Australia post parcel service to ship internationally. All packages come with tracking. However, if a package is lost or stollen, we cannot refund your items
